I want to run this simulator locally on Win10, do you have a manual?

I started OSSDC-SIM.exe, but it doesn't work.what do i need

I prepackaged the run scripts and sample data folder in the release ZIPs, re-download them from here:
https://github.com/OSSDC/OSSDC-SIM/releases/tag/OSSDC-SIM-v1.1
