User Scenario: Tasks aren't saving properly

Scenario
I can't save a task when I want to run it on a bunch of valves. It seems like I can consistently save when I'm only running it on a few valves, but if I try to do the full range of valves then it won't save it properly.

• Don't merge any branches associated with creating scenarios or solving scenarios
• Scouts honor - don't compare the scenario branch from main code to solve the problem or old commits as much as possible.
  • The goal is to learn the codebase by debugging and writing code, just like you would a real problem.
