Header buttons different heights on small screens

On small screens (< 500px) in the header where search and navigation is used like on the main service manual page (https://service-manual.ons.gov.uk/design-system) the menu and search buttons are different heights. These buttons should be the same height. The search button should be made the same height as the menu button
