Strange occurrence with search. In a long concatenated target (or comparator) name such as:
exposures w 0d prior obsv, 30d gap - in cohorts: (17827) starts within D: -99999 - D: 0 of cohort start and ends D: -90 - D: 99999 of cohort start, in cohorts: (15645) starts within D: -99999 - D: 0 of cohort start and ends D: 0 - D: 99999 of cohort start, first ever occurence with at least 365 days prior observation and 1 days follow up observation, males, females aged 18+, occurs after 2000-01-01 and before 2023-12-31

The full string in the filter returns no results. After some trial and error, the actual part of the string that causes a filter mismatch is the part of the string including the first hyphen and a minimal amount of surrounding text so:
30d gap - in cohorts
fails to filter correctly as does:
p - i

This issue may be fixed downstream from another issue I fixed - I have asked @jswerdel to test out the fix and let me know if it still needs to be addressed
