Read only ATLAS cohort does not show date adjustment criteria under index criteria but does show under the export tab

Expected behavior

When sharing a read only ATLAS cohort that uses date adjustment the reviewer should be able to see the date adjustment criteria in the index criteria

Actual behavior

When sharing a read only ATLAS cohort that uses date adjustment the reviewer CANNOT see the date adjustment criteria in the index criteria but can read it in the export tab
