Ability to sort components inside sections using boxes.yaml

When the amount of components grows, it's pretty hard to find them :>
I suggest here the ability to sort them manually, using the same boxes.yaml we have for sections:

sections:
- Content
  - component 3
  - component 2
  - another one
- Layout
  - columns
  - rows
  - breadcrumbs
- Tools
- Deprecated
