Jednoduchá aplikace přenášející data z TTN sítě (https://eu1.cloud.thethings.network/console/ ) do SonderHub (https://amateur.sondehub.org/) a do Ground Aplikace (jiné issue).

Vzhledem k tomu, že starší verze byly napsané v pythonu a ten umí aspoň trochu většina z nás, tak navrhuji python.
V případě, že selže zaslání dat na Ground APP, aplikace a pokusí se navázat spojení při dalším heardbeat, či datech
příjem dat z TNN
upload dat na SonderHUB
upload dat na Ground APP
heartbeat na Ground APP (30s ?)
