Included in this task is creating an example or pattern for others to follow. What else needs to be done to make this useful to all.

We discussed in the call on Oct 8, 21 that if Luis drops the API docs in this git they become detached from any updates. Hence part of this task is now also to experiment with a link back to where the APIs can be found. See if there will be issues with that approach for anyone to have access problems. Oracle team, please open a new issue with a title to the effect of "method to publish API documents" and list your recommendations on what works and what does not. I'll close this issue once there is a means to get to the Opera API documents.

@swaldron58 created a new branch feature/spec-models which incorporate two new folders: /api-specs with links to what we consider reference API specs that could be reused or simply used as inspirations and /domain-models including sample domains models that can be used as input/inspiration when defining APIs / API specs / Microservices.
