Misc. Revamp Notes

I'd love to revamp this into something that's more "up to date." It'd be a great starting template for all those Android developers who keep trying to make the app classy too. Here are my various thoughts:

Misc Notes
-- I’m having trouble just logging into the Dashboard
-- Would change “Vote” to “Create a poll” or something similar
-- Would change the Swag icon to something with an actually white/ transparent background to match the rest (I have images that can be used so just ping me.)

Remove all of the following:
-- Kudos (no one uses it)
-- Voice (no one uses it)
-- Job Board (it's been removed)
-- Facilities Issues (no one uses this)
-- Signs (they're gone)
-- Kiosk (the events part feels redundant, and the map can be used elsewhere for the placing yourself app)
-- Log (pretty certain Brian got rid of the ability for everyone to see this)
-- Transactions (finance.hackerdojo.com is down/dead/etc. might as well get rid of it)

Add
-- The government@ purchase voting
-- The building map/ place yourself
