Header + Help --> About RuTorrent should reflect actual version (4.01 instead of 4.0)

At the moment both the header and the Help --> About RuTorrent section reflects "4.0" instead of "4.01" or "4.0.1" which would be very useful to determine the actual version of RuTorrent.
