Occasionally a has been given the wrong name. What should be the procedure when correcting it?
For LIMS it is easy by modifying the names in the original sample submission.
For demultiplexed samples: should we demux again by adding a new samplesheet and then transfer the new files to NIRD, and delete the old one? What about the files in VIGAS-P?
Comments/suggestions are welcome.
We have one sample right now that should have gotten an extension to it.
