Auto enable vanish when toggling staff mode on #90

When using /staff, activating staff mode should enable vanish too. When leaving, it should be automatically toggled off too.
It would be great to be able to customize this aspect, adding two new settings:
• auto-enable-vanish-on-staff-enable
• auto-disable-vanish-on-staff-disable
