Cloning spec repo norycao from [email protected]:NoryCao/cjspecs.git
[!] Unable to add a source with url [email protected]:NoryCao/cjspecs.git named norycao.
You can try adding it manually in /Users/l_wcx/.cocoapods/repos or via pod repo add.

根据这个操作了，还是不行，说是没有权限

你本地没有cjspecs.git这个库，pod update试试
