Every time the Android SDK state runs it does a full sync and update of the libraries and tools it provides. This takes forever and really isn't needed.

Either:

  • Make it only sync when there is a new update
  • Make it only sync every X days via a flag file

Oh fyi for now I've just commented out the state in the top file.
