Some stuff, which isn't exactly configuration code, but can change how the system works.
Some helpful things I didn't want to forget, and aren't always applicable to every setup.
For 4k screens the layout.css.devPixelsPerPx setting in about:config should be set to 1.0. Or perhaps adjusted depending on if the UI is too big or small seeming. Increase if too small, decrease if too big.
