Your Django implementation of the HBV model is excellent! I got it to work, but there are two things I'd like to point out:

Some of the packages in the dependency file are outdated. So, it was not straightforward to get the packages installed properly at first
The model runs well after the package updates. But it requires an input csv file to get it work with the sample parameters. What is the format of the required csv file? Could you upload a sample to the GitHub page?
