Softlock in Chapter 6 #7

After creating a randomization, I encountered a soft lock in chapter 6.

Upon reaching the boss, I can attack him - but I cannot perform a lethal attack on him. Any attack that I would do results in an automatic miss and 0 damage in the display box.

If I had to guess, it's because the Micaiah ring event could not trigger - which leaves the boss invulnerable for some reason. (I also get stuck with two audio tracks playing at once - I never got the "hey that's the guy with the ring" event).

I have attached the Log, generated mod files, and the RandomizerSettings.xml that I used.
