To prevent the api being hammered and exploited such a DOS attacks etc

All the relevant blockhain OASIS Providers must be fully interoperable meaning that you should be able to talk to and call into smart contracts on other chains/blockchains/providers (cross chain).

So currently this will include Ethereum, EOSIO and Solana.

Look into cross chains.

Also look into COSMOS and Polkadotm these both implement their own versions of this so this may help inspire you…. 😉 Thanks
