NCNN will be temporarily if not permanently removed in favor of Onnxruntime DirectML

The new GUI is just a pain to work with so I might delay it for a 1.6.5 or 1.7.0

I am looking into a possible setup.exe approach instead of the current one. It would allow for self hosting, push back the possibility of GitHub getting mad at me for making 2GB releases and what not.

Currently my PC is broken and I am waiting for the retailer to send me my AIO back, until then I am working on a 8yo laptop. Life is fun 😊

Oh one thing I forgot to add,

DirectML upscaling has been fully baked in and it is extremely promising. Expect some 25% faster inferences compared to the NCNN counterparts on the same hardware.

Rife DirectML will be coming soon as well.

Also I might be able to lower the filesize by a couple hundred mb, I hope.
