How to resume training from the backup?

I had an assumption that the backup will allow resuming the training state, but I couldn't actually find any way to reuse the backup later on. Have anyone tried to resume backup? If yes, what was your flow to resume the backup? I just couldn't figure out how to tell OneTrainer to use a specific backup from which I want to continue training.

Point your workspace to the folder where your backups are.
Select the continue from last backup toggle on the general tab.
Should be all that is needed.
