cannnot visit localhost:port, not working by using vlc

hi, i configed vlc rc tcp command to localhost:234 and start service, cannot visit localhost:234;

then i try to edit server>vlc VlcClient.ts file port number from 234 to other like 5650(also changed vlc rc settings too), and restart service, still dont work.

You don't have to visit this url, you only have to set the VLC RC settings to connect to this url. You'll still access the overlay on localhost:230
