Auto populate address for vendors in the dashboard

Background

Currently, when creating an order, the address needs to be given manually every time. For B2C clients, this behaviour is okay. But for B2B clients like ZuumZuum and others, the address is fixed. So, when the admin creates an order for the vendor, the (pickup?) address should be automatically populated from a previously saved information in the database.
