Cancel a Job

Background:
In the job details page, there should be an option to cancel a job.

How it should be done:
The way I am planning it is, clicking on a button will pop up a confirmation dialog.
And if a job is cancelled, or while cancelling, there will be an input field where the admin can mention the reason of cancellation.

@thehoneymad, I would like to have your suggestion on this.
