I noticed that the Megahealth looked placed a bit higher than usual, so I looked into the .map file and saw it has indeed the "suspended" spawnflag.
Looking at more items around the map, like the weapons and ammo boxes, I see they have "spawnflags/1" (suspended) too. I wonder whether this has been done on purpose some some reason (e.g. some problem with the "grates" placed under some items?).
I see that bots seem to get those items anyway, so maybe it's better to "don't fix what isn't broken" and leave them as they are, however I wanted to point out this strange detail, with some items floating higher than usual.
Maybe only those in the water were really "on purpose" and the others were done the same way just due to habit?
See? Maybe the reason are the "bounding boxes" of some items intersecting with the "grates" under them? Maybe the "suspended" was some kind of fix to that? I don't know!
