I don't know... isn't this layout a planned risk/reward thing?

Looking at bots play for a while (tested with package 230430), it looks like they are not very interested into going up there to get the MH (it looks like they like the railgun more, for some reason, despite being on a similar place)... maybe just adding an item_botroam?
