Client 2016-03-16a Extend Chat Box

I know you're not yet offering support for the client officially, but surprisingly enough, almost every single patch worked perfectly with the client, except for the ExtendBox.qs ones. I tried altering the pattern a little too and manually changed some 46's to EA's with no luck. Was wondering if you could give it a look, really hoping they haven't made it too complicated. The maximum characters in the chat box is still 70.

this is bounded to langtype too =) not only to this diff =) On some langtypes this field is limited...
