Add arm64 support to BSim docs

Now that arm64 support has been added to BSim PostgreSQL in commit 483dee2 I think the docs should be updated. It is a simple change (add linux arm64 and mac arm64 to the list) but I am not sure how you prefer to format/organize the HTML tags or if there is an HTML formatter in the project so I opened an issue instead of a PR.
