Current behavior

Stark e2e tests are based on Protractor. Angular team deprecated Protractor in favor of Cypress, see: angular/protractor#5502

Expected behavior

Replace Protractor by Cypress.

What is the motivation / use case for changing the behavior?

Improve stark-testing

Stark version: > 10
