Existing AutoTuner code for GC only informs user that GC time is high and other GCs could be used: https://github.com/NVIDIA/spark-rapids-tools/blob/dev/core/src/main/scala/com/nvidia/spark/rapids/tool/profiling/AutoTuner.scala#L668-L674.

We should benchmark different GCs to see what would be optimal given specific workload characteristics.
