Dear @markaren
thank you very much for your work on fmi4cpp, it is very valuable to us (for https://github.com/feelpp/feelpp). We have managed to deploy thousands of FMU in parallel and do city energy modeling.

I was wondering if a release of fmi4cpp is on your roadmap?

I have packaged fmi4cpp for spack so that we can deploy our simulation on HPC systems, check it out here
spack/spack#47240
it would be nice to push a release and not a pre-release

I could make a release now, but I'd prefer a pre-release. Is that a huge issue?

Hello,

I could consider doing a Debian package if there were a recent release. I'm using this code at work, and my workflows are more based on the Debian distribution.

I personnaly dont really care whether it's a release or a pre-release, given that there is a tarball on github associated with a unique version number (ie, a numbered tag in the git).

Thanks in advance,
Mt
