[Feature Request] Group Tags on SzuruBooru

Hello!
I was wondering if it would be possible to only display the first index of a Tag, if they have multiple grouped ones? Right now it will display all of them which is pointless, hence they are all being treated same.
For me personally this is an issue as I have many Tags grouped together, and it really clutters the tag list.
Because I don't use any other providers (and couldn't tell) I don't know if they have similar issues.
