I'm going to assume that the intention is to find hydrotalcite, the active ingredient of Talcid. It's kinda confusing because Talcid may be a brand drug name only used in specific countries.
hydrotalcite is a mixture of aluminium/magnesium/carbonate/hydroxide. However, the individual compounds may be annotated more. For example, while I don't see hydrotalcite in BTE's result sets, I see the following individual compounds:
magnesium hydroxide (rank 37)
aluminum carbonate
magnesium carbonate
DIHYDROXIALUMINI SODIUM CARBONATE
there's a different NodeNorm entity for hydrotalcite with more IDs mapped to it: PUBCHEM.COMPOUND:73415812
Should this test look for the individual compounds instead? Or use the different ID (NodeNorm issue)?

This asset currently uses PUBCHEM.COMPOUND:56842000 as the expected answer ID for Talcid.
