Description

Make sure linting standards and code conventions are in the README, in every developer's local machine, as well as automatically run on every PR

The aim is to make our code consistent so that given a piece of code we can't tell on first viewing who wrote the code.

Implementation Considerations

  • Block PRs if they don't meet quality standards

Deliverable

  • Consistent code quality being enforced on each PR
