Support a list of accession numbers for importing more than one at a time via the interface, and optionally expose the importer via an API.

Also suggested is a feature to provide support for queries to automatically return a list of accession numbers based on a query, but this might call for an additional issue.

First request has been added with merged pull request #242 from Issue #241
