Objective

Release a whole brain fiber clustering atlas for consistent white matter parcellation and tract identification.

Approach and Plan

Create a new Git repo to store and maintain the atlas
Add a script in the whitematteranalysis package to download the atlas

Progress and Next Steps

Done: a pre-release version on GitHub (not public yet)
