Workflow action ; rule set back to the current rule after edit

When I edit this workflow actionlinked to the rule "Contacts" (663367b1dec25). The action generates a document on the rule "School main contact" (6661cc7a53170) :

In the edit page, the rule set isn't the rule used to generate document "School main contact" (id 6661cc7a53170) but the rule "Contact". If I save, the wrong rule is used to generate the document.

Th rule ruleId should be set in the field rule when I edit an action :
