Change network option doesn't function, is disabled

...

What exactly were you doing when you encountered this issue?

After a successful testnet transaction on Goerli network, closed and reopened the mycrypto application; I was trying to transact a BSC testnet token from metamask later to bitcoin core testnet wallet, which needs change in network from ETH which is loaded by default everytime the application is opened.
...Give us some steps to reproduce...
Closed and opened Mycrypto application.
Clicking on change network option is not functional. It is disabled.

How were you accessing your wallet?

This error is on the desktop application originally, I had posted in the issues of MyCrypto Web application. Sorry, my bad. Closing this henceforth, as irrelevant. Also, @MyTrueWallet MyCrypto desktop and webapp do not allow access to send tokens function or allow sign transactions, unless the user has access to the address/contract's privatekey/nemonic phrase/by any other available ways of connecting to various token addresses on different chains.

Could you please elaborate on

  1. phishing and spamming activities that you'd observed, and send logs,
  2. the wallet address that you think is a stolen wallet address and
  3. on which chain/node it is?

I'll check what's going on, see if I need to enhance my network security.

Please note, I got my wallet stolen too.
On Goldcoin platform old version, now being traded on coinmarketcap with the same registered company address as in the app I lost my tokens to. I still didnt recover. So it would be helpful if you could help with the address whose funds got stolen, I'll check if its my address. Thanks a ton. :)
