Catalog Patcher build states

Clone and build all patchers, noting what version each patcher can be run with. Make some output to show this information as well as a general green/red as to whether it can compile at all.

Maybe need to do a "binary search" to locate the latest versions a patcher can compile against

Eventually, this data can maybe be used as a "suggested" version option in synthesis

Would need to rerun all patchers when a new set of versions come out?
