Saw a mod that had a CELL with two GRUPs of type 6 (Cell Children).
The first one had content. The 2nd one was empty.

Seemed to be a patch that everyone liked, so probably loads into the game. But still, a bit odd of a format, and was throwing off the Mutagen parser
