To replicate:

Pattern search for "include_subtaxa:yes"
Result:

User sees: We're sorry, but something went wrong.
Log says: < F, [2022-03-26T10:00:17.727036 #2654070] FATAL -- : RuntimeError (Flag "include_subtaxa" is invalid without "names" parameter.):
