Feature request

Feature description
I think it would be nice for people who want to switch from per world inventory multiverse inventories to be able to import their data to multiverse inventories from per world inventory.

How the feature is useful
This could be useful for anyone who is switching from per world inventory but doesn't want to lose players inventories from per world inventory.

I tried to get this working some time ago, but Per World Inventory provided no way for us to get data. It's still possible, it'll just be more difficult.
