Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
No problem here.

Describe the solution you'd like
I would like to see SMHI being added as a weather integration.

Additional context
SMHI (Swedish Meteorological and Hydrological Institute) is the primary weather provider in Sweden. It would be great if it could be added here as well. HA also have an integration for SMHI if it makes it any easier https://www.home-assistant.io/integrations/smhi/. Here is the link for the site and the site for more API calls and such: https://www.smhi.se/en/ https://opendata.smhi.se/apidocs/metfcst/index.html

@MrBartusek Would it be difficult to add SMHI? I lack coding knowledge, so it would be difficult to provide a PR.
