This issue as described is implemented in PR #30 and #31, functionality of the UI will be addressed in relevant issues (#2, #5 etc). Is there anything else required to close this issue?

Well, I thought the issue was about creating the missing screens, not only those for displaying and creating orders, but also those for submitting, releasing, disputing, rating, etc.

Anyway, those designs will be improved soon. I would wait to have them to close the issue
