Issues creating config file in ringbreaker_templates

Hello!

I am trying to build the config file required to run aizynthfinder. The issue is here:

"ringbreaker_templates": {
    "filename": "uspto_ringbreaker_templates.csv.gz",
    "url": "https://zenodo.org/record/7341155/files/uspto_ringbreaker_unique_templates.csv.gz",
},

the file cannot be found - can you please help me with this? Thank you!

Hello Laura

This file does exists on Zenodo in the location you indicated in your post and in the download_public_data.py script. I tried to run it know and it downloaded all files successfully. Perhaps you can try again?
