Idea: Add generic output of Accumulated/Average values for properties for an area

Many times it is interesting to have an accumulated or average value (in time), depending of the variable, for an area (average for the area). For example, EVTP, Precipitation, Temperature, etc.

This could be done using BOXES and a specific logic in Basin, for example...
