[Feature Request] Add user character description

Suggestion:

Add a text field where one can enter a global description for the user character.

Additional ideas:

Having some kind of library for these user characters and descriptions would be neat. Every user character can have a name, an image and a description, and you can browse them similar to how you browse for an AI character.
