Detailing the ECU/PDK Canbus signals for future use
The details outlined are a mix from investigation of other VW/Porsche vehicles, as well as Canbus sniffing of my own 981. The information contained is free use - I only wish that if this information is referenced, to reference this project as your source. It's unlikely the details below will be used for a commercial project, as ECU/PDK controllers already exist which use this information.
My main purpose in creating this project is to make this information freely known for those of us who wish to do engine conversions or more detailed logging.
This project is ongoing, so I will add to the DBC file and explain the CRC methods as I get time.
