Automatic Upload

[Sclafus]

Automatic upload was a feature included in my first iteration of the bot
This was used only with skins.

The idea is:

• Getting the current skin using gosumemory and getting the path where the skin is stored
• Zipping everything
• Uploading it to mega.nz
• Saving the download URL in "cache" (last time it was a json file)

This concept can be extended to unsubmitted maps as well (as described in #17)
There is some interest from users just for the first use-case, from what I can see.
