Also fixes some white-space and newline issues.

EDIT:
Shouldn't really require the CLA agreement as I doubt changing 10 to 11 and removing some white-spaces could be considered copyrighted work, but I'm no lawyer so if it is consider the contents of this PR public domain where legally possible otherwise the sole property of Microsoft.

@MSFT-JASON Hello Jason! Sorry for this ping, could you please help merge this PR? Windows 10 is old-fashioned, and it's so funny to see "Windows 10 Insider Preview" in 2024 :)

I was about to filing feedback in FBH before I see this PR 😀
