Loading

use consistent font sizes and font families to reinforce visual hierarchy
implement Council colors where appropriate
adjust element margin and padding to best use white space
create consistent palette symbolizing different units of measurement
- Metrics are already categorized as people-related (people, affordable housing units, BIPOC, older adults, low income pop) in blue and job-related (jobs, low-wage jobs, high-wage jobs) in green
